Why a catalog, not a marketplace

Traditional lab suppliers charge $30–$300 per plastic organizer. Benchloom ships part files at a one-time, single-digit cost — printed on equipment your lab already owns, in material it already stocks, the moment an order is placed.

The catalog — 7 families

One ecosystem, every organizer on your bench

Benchloom ships in product families, not isolated models. Each family uses the same mounting grid, so a tray you print this week fits a bracket you download next month.

Single & multichannel

Pipette + tube racks

Modular racks for 0.2–50 mL tubes, conical 15/50 mL tubes, and standard serological pipettes. Stackable and printable without support material.

Engineering standards

Designed like instruments, not toys

Every Benchloom file is held to a published standard before it ships. Below are the four specs the catalog is graded against.

01 · Designed by bench users

Working scientists, not hobbyists

Every Benchloom family is dimensioned against real labware — Eppendorf, Falcon, Nunc, Kimax — and refined on the bench before the file ships. No third-party resharing of reused STLs.

02 · Printer compatibility

Optimised for common FDM and resin printers

Wall thicknesses, nozzle widths, and bridges are calibrated for 0.4 mm FDM and 8 K resin. Support-free where geometry allows, so prints succeed on the printer you already own.

03 · Multi-size siblings

A family, not a single model

Racks ship in 9-, 16-, and 81-well footprints. Holders ship in S/M/L. One family replaces an entire set of single-size organizers sold by traditional suppliers.

04 · Cross-family compatible

A mounting ecosystem, not a one-off

Trays, brackets, bins, and stands share the Benchloom mount grid. Part printed today works with the family you download next quarter. No vendor lock-in across the catalog.

The math

A file vs. a SKU

A single Benchloom download — typically a one-time, single-digit dollar cost — replaces every plastic organizer on your bench and the line item in your budget.
